    Trainee
    Start your early childhood career while you study. As a KLA Trainee you'll complete your Certificate III on the job, working alongside experienced educators who mentor you every day. You'll learn how children play, learn and grow ? and you'll be paid while you do it.
    Educator Room Assistant
    With your Certificate III complete, you'll support a room of your own ? helping plan play experiences, building warm relationships with children and families, and contributing to daily documentation. Many of our Room Assistants go on to complete their Diploma with KLA's support.
    Educator Room Leader (Diploma)
    As a Diploma-qualified Room Leader you'll take ownership of your room's program ? planning a play-based curriculum aligned to the EYLF, mentoring assistants and trainees, and being the key point of contact for your families.
    Centre Director
    Lead one of our centres end to end ? the team, the program, the compliance and the community. Our Centre Directors are supported by the KLA leadership group and trusted to shape a centre families love.
    Area Manager
    Our most senior pathway. Area Managers support multiple KLA centres across Sydney ? coaching Directors, driving quality improvement, and helping shape the future of the group.
